By accessing or using ConverteJá ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.
Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms implies acceptance of the new conditions.
2. The service
ConverteJá offers online tools for converting and processing PDF files and images, including:
- PDF to Word (DOCX) conversion
- PDF to image (JPG/PNG) conversion
- PDF compression
- Image to PDF conversion
- Conversion between image formats
- Image compression
- Image resizing
3. Free plan
The free plan is subject to the following limitations:
- 3 conversions per day per IP address
- Maximum file size: 60MB
- Ads shown during use
- Files automatically deleted after 1 hour
These limitations may change without prior notice.
4. Premium plan
The Premium plan offers additional features for a monthly or annual subscription fee. Specific conditions (price, features, cancellation) are described on the plans page.
- Unlimited conversions
- Files up to 200MB
- No ads
- Priority processing
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancellation can be done at any time and takes effect at the end of the paid period.
5. Permitted use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to:
- Upload files with illegal content (child exploitation material, hate content, etc.)
- Attempt to bypass free plan limits (via VPN, automation, or other means)
- Use the Service for large-scale commercial purposes without an appropriate plan
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the Service
- Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code
- Infringe third-party copyrights
6. Your content
You represent that you hold all necessary rights to the files you upload to the Service. ConverteJá does not claim ownership of your content.
By using the Service, you grant ConverteJá a temporary, limited license to process your files for the sole purpose of performing the requested conversion.
As stated in our Privacy Policy, all files are automatically deleted after 1 hour.
7. Service availability
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance
- Third-party infrastructure failures
- Events beyond our control
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
ConverteJá is not liable for:
- Loss or corruption of files during conversion
- Quality of the conversion result
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or lost profits
We recommend keeping copies of your original files before any conversion.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via notice on the site. Continued use after the new conditions take effect implies acceptance.
