Reorder PDF pages by dragging the thumbnails
Scans out of order, handouts that need a different sequence, blank pages in the middle of a document: all of this is fixed by rearranging the pages. Here you see thumbnails of every page and drag each one into place.
You can also remove the pages you do not need while organizing, which saves an extra step.

When to use this tool
- Fixing the order of batch-scanned documents when the scanner fed the sheets out of sequence.
- Putting handouts and study materials in a logical sequence.
- Moving the page the recipient needs to see first to the beginning of the file.
- Discarding blank or duplicate pages before printing.
Tips for a good result
- In long documents, scroll through the list calmly before applying. Checking the order at the end saves you from redoing it.
- To turn a page that ended up sideways, use Rotate PDF before or after reordering.
- If you only want to delete pages, the Delete Pages tool is more direct.
Frequently asked questions
Does reordering change the PDF quality?
No. The pages are only rearranged; the content of each one stays identical.
Can I move a page to the end?
Yes, just drag the thumbnail to the last position in the list.
Does it work with large PDFs?
Yes, up to 60 MB. In files with hundreds of pages, the thumbnails may take a few seconds to appear.
What are the limits of the free plan?
The free plan allows 10 conversions per day, with files up to 60 MB and no sign-up required. The Premium plan removes the daily limit and the ads.
